Staying within or going beyond nutritional limits?
What do you do if you've reached your fat/carb/protein/sugar, etc., limit and have many more calories to go in a given day? I can burn 600-2000+ calories per day when exercising as a distance runner, and find that I regularly go over in several categories.

How best to avoid Starvation Mode
I am struggling to lose my last 13LBS and feel like I've entered an almost permenant starvation mode -- yep the time when you stop losing weight and everything you eat doesn't seem to want to come out? The last 5 Lbs
I've been on MFP for about 7 months and have happily lost over 30 Lbs. As I draw closer and closer to my ideal, "BMI" weight, the weight loss has become almost impossible. Personally, I am seeing very consistent results using 1LB per week, and this has come at the same time as a 4 week hiatus from exercise, while recovering from surgery. 2LBS just seemed a little excessive and often seemed to lead to…

Finding the right calorie intake with 500+ Calories burned p
Curious what's sensible if you're an avid exercise enthusiast (I burn 500-800 calories per workout - per garmin, polar, most cardio machines), and if you can achieve the same weight loss goals if you add the burned calories to your daily MFP allowance. Example: My daily, 1LB per Week Weight Loss Goal calls for 1600+ cals…
