Need advice on the best small equipment to buy to tone up at home. As I have small kids I cant get to a gym right now. I do Zumba once a week for cardio and walking, but need to do some strength training too. I already have some light dumbells and some really short resistance bands. Not looking to buy anything too big!…
Just curious, are you breastfeeding ladies eating back your exercise calories or not? I've allowed myself an extra 500 calories a day while I exclusively breastfeed. Just wondering whether to also eat the calories used during exercise to ensure my supply doesn't drop. Thank you x
Can anyone suggest something simple and healthy to make in a slow cooker with diced beef? I have some in the freezer that needs using. Preferably something I can throw in quickly while baby plays for 10 minutes :) Thanks!
