I add 500 extra to my daily allowance to ensure I have the energy for breastfeeding my 7 month old. Maybe add more cals and see if you feel better?

Yes, musli is quite calorific! I do love it though, so I make my own or weigh out a small portion of a low sugar brand.

You could grate a little bit on top of your dishes so you still get flavour but not so much of the calories. Mature cheddar or parmesan would be good.

Congrats! :) & welcome. Yes I am trying to lose a similar amount of baby weight following my 1st baby. Walking is my main exercise but I plan to start some exercise classes soon too hopefully. Feel free to add me.

Fruit, hummus and veg, almonds, dried fruit, boiled eggs, crackers, porridge, smoothies could be ideas.

You could try a smoothie - may be easier as you can drink it.
