I love it.
I do it at home (on the wii and some youtube videos for newer songs I love) but I did a class at college and both are great.
It helps with cardio and my legs get a great workout. Better than running in my opinion as you typically burn more calories since you're moving your arms (if you're doing a moderate to high intensity song).0 -
Really good fun way to do cardio! Makes you more coordinated too I found.0

Not for me personally, but i know a lot of women enjoy it. It's just dancing and burning calories.
It isn't going to help with muscular strength, power, flexibility, or otherwise, but it's good for cardiovascular health.0 -
I enjoy zumba because I love the music and I've made a lot of friends at my gym by going to zumba. It's best for a calorie burn that you'll enjoy doing if you enjoy dancing.0
