Maintenance calorie help needed please
Yup, one of those threads so thank you in advance! I'm 5'8 on a good day, 132 pounds, and I think I'm ready to begin experimenting with maintenance. Mental hurdles?
Anyone else? I'm nearly finished...I'm on week 7. A few weeks ago I "ran" a 5K. It was a very humbling 42 minutes. My problem now is I'm downright scared to keep running. Nearly to goal and swimming in my 36DD bras (US) I excitedly asked to be measured, anticipating a 34D. While I am indeed a 32/34 I was told I'm actually a DDD. I feel so bogged down with these things! I feel like a trussed cow.

Cornmeal addition ideas
I adore cornmeal and I love making porridge from it to take into work for breakfast. The problem is it's very low in protein. So far I've tried adding peanut butter (yuck) and queso fresco (fail). Any other ideas I haven't considered? Thanks!

I just woke up from an intense food dream.
I was in a cheese/restaurant/jewelry shop (wtf?). They would match jewelry to you along with cheeses and small plates. I had my eye on a black opal ring. Did you just "know" when to begin maintenance?
Once I reach my goal weight I might try to lose more (I'm one pound away). How does one realize "enough! Let's maintain!" Can you share with me your stories? Thanks in advance!

Vent - can't always meet goal due to occasional "mental days".
First post so go easy on me! :-) Due to a recent death in the family/depression/anxiety I can't always meet my calorie goal. MFP shaming me for it just makes me feel worse! It happens very rarely and I don't have an eating disorder. Sometimes I just want a hug rather than the shame. ;-) anyone else in my boat?
