I'm thinking 600 calories might be a safe guess? I'll be getting the regular bowl, not the large. Probably pork.

Is it from a restaurant?0

400 - 600 calories I would think for a small, depending on if you even finish the small bowl. Usually it includes a boiled egg, lots of ramen noodles (which I can never finish), a decent portion of pork (probably a fatty cut), and at some fancier places may even throw a little garlic oil on top of the soup (you could ask how it's made if you really need). But 600 is definitely a safe bet.0

Yup, at a restaurant.
Thanks for the input, I'll go with 600. Ouch, but worth it. I skipped breakfast in preparation. I'm really excited to have my first fresh ramen.0 -

Can't really tell with restaurant food, as each place has its own recipe that may have more or less calories, and it depends on the size too.
BTW, yum!! Real ramen is SO GOOD. I didn't bother trying it for years because I thought it would be similar to the 15-cent ramen packets that keep us alive through college. Finally tried the real stuff for the first time last year and it has NOTHING in common with the packet stuff! The broth is a meal in itself...0 -
When I got real ramen at a restaurant the bowl was HUGE. Easily a liter of soup. It cost 6 Euros so I was glad it was a lot.0

Damn that was good. I also split a sushi roll with my co-worker. *bumping up to 1,000 calories or so*
