Help!!! I'm a bottomless pit lately
I don't know what it is, but my appetite has gone through the roof!!! its ridiculous... I'm on alot of meds: synthroid for thyroid issues, and steroids for crohn's but its never been like this before.... Any supplements out there to curb my appetite?

Its hard not to get discouraged... but I'll keep going...
I'm on some low-dose steroids due to Crohn's disease so its making it tough to lose weight....for example... in the past 2 days, I have probably logged over 20 kms walking. is this normal? or should I get a new scale
If I weigh myself at night before going to bed I can be 2 lbs lighter than in the morning? Can weight fluctuate THAT much over night?

So What's Up with my Weight GAIN???
I've been doing quite well, eating semi-reasonably, walking more than I usually do and today, I weighed myself and I'm UP 2 lbs... :mad: What's up with that? Not too happy.....

Running
I would love to take up running, but find that I do not have the stamina... I'll run for maybe 10 paces and am totally out of breath. I've heard of alternating running and walking, but find that after a block or so, I am so tired I can't continue... Need some words of advise....
