Looking for a group: I am a busy working female over 50 that is really struggling with consistency. Is there a group of woman my age that count macros, do CrossFit and run?

How are you moving today?
Monday June 10, 2013: Shapers done this a.m. before breakfast. Plan: to run 4 miles with 4 strides (from Train Like a Mother) and go to Core Class 20 minutes tonight.

What are you eating today?
Monday June 8, 2013: Low Carb Day for me: Breakfast: coffee, egg whites and fresh strawberries Lunch (no snack because of later breakfast): large organic salad with 1 Tbsp creamy dressing, can of water packed tuna with 1 Tbsp. low fat mayo. 32 oz of water so far. Will update later!
