Finished Day #2 last night! Love seeing the scale drop each morning. I am not using the DVD's but yesterday went to the gym for weight lifting. Made my own full body circuit and did 3 sets of it. Yesterday was Day #1 for me. I had the most fabulous day-ate my foods perfectly and plugged them into MFP. Ran and walked for a total of 3-1/4 miles and drank 100++ ounces of water. I looked at groups and apparently right now there is not a way to search for groups. I have no idea how to find you! There are 1189 PAGES of groups to go through-I scanned through 20 of them. Any suggestions?

Just joined today! I got the book over the weekend. I weighed, did my shapers and started food plan today. My goal is about 15 pounds this summer before I go back to work in later August. I am happy to have found this support group!

You can google it.. I do it through my local hospital and here it is a very medically managed weight loss program. Love it-I have lost 25 pounds in 7 weeks. Only 5 more pounds to goal and maintainence!
