For those of you who do Carb cycling.

I experimented with this last week and can see how it can be beneficial for fat loss. I've done low carb before and hated it but this is tolerable. For those of you that have done it or are doing it what are your likes/dislikes results ect? Would you recommend it? I would like to do it the right way so I need to do some more research.
Thanks in advance!

I think I unintentionally carb cycle 1-2xs a week. I am irritable without carbs and don't have much energy for workouts. I try to get my energy from the Amino Energy I drink and veggies but it's still not the same. I had the best workout ever the other day after I ate some "real" carbs which were potatoes.

    BUMP for other suggestions.

LOL..to getfitdiva...you are so right...Thankfully I've only been walking since I been low carbing...YOu can't have it all...so you have to choose what's it going to be...since I know the low carb thing works, I'm willing to slack up a bit on the thousand calorie burns....

Who is actively carb-cycling right now? Most of the post I can find are several months old. I just read Chris Powell's book and began yesterday. Yesterday was a lower carb today and today having higher carbs. Anyone else?

I always carb-cycle regardless of leaning down as a main focus or gaining lean mass. The great thing about carb-cycling is you can do both if you hit your macros and eat the proper foods. I suggest you read this article about carb-cycling which has helped me a lot:
