Is there a dedicated thread or group for people following the Ideal Protein diet?

    I did try that first. I saw a couple of posts about people mentioning IP but couldn't really tell if it was a group/thread dedicated specifically to IP. I also searched groups and none came up. I am new to the Community forum here and I would start a group, but don't want to duplicate. Thanks for your help!

    You can google it.. I do it through my local hospital and here it is a very medically managed weight loss program. Love it-I have lost 25 pounds in 7 weeks. Only 5 more pounds to goal and maintainence!
