Just went to Target and got the New Balance N4 HRM, it is originally $69.99 and right now its on sale for $39.99. Nausea
Every time I start to watch what I am eating and drink more water, I get nauseous several times throughout the day. Does anyone else experience this?? It goes away but it is so uncomfortable. But I also never last longer than a week when trying to be healthier. How long did it take you guys for the nausea to go away?

EGGS.
Random question...I like to eat eggs in the morning with toast, I find that it keeps me full the longest. My typical way of frying the eggs is putting a tablespoon of butter in a pan and frying them that way. What other ways do you guys fry your eggs that could be less fattening than a tablespoon of butter??

Can ANYONE help me or give me advice on eating your exercise calories?? I don't know why it confuses me so much! I want to know the benefits of eating them VS not eating them...and why does MFP say I'm eating "too few calories" when I'm only under by <50!?
