What is everyones opinion/advice on HRMs? Do you wear them all day? How does it help you with your weightloss? And how accurate do you feel they are? Any good brands for a decent price?

I do not wear mine all day, only during exercise. They are most accurate when you are doing cardio (when your heart rate is high). Mine helps me in weight-loss because I can more accurately estimate the calories I burn, and therefore not overeat.

I have a Sportline, which was $70. Simple to use. :-)

I have a Polar T6. I wear mine only when I'm exercising. I believe that my HRM is accurate.

I use a Polar RS 300X - only while working out on cardio. Very helpful. It seems to be accurate, too - I use it to measure how hard I'm working on my runs and my old treadmill at home, and I'm losing weight based on the info it is giving to me.
