JUST DID RIPPED IN 30: WEEK 1 DAY 1

This morning I did Day 1 of 30DS, and I was satisfied with that. But then I thought it would be a good idea to do both 30DS and Ripped in 30 everyday, and then see what kind of results I get! Ripped in 30 KICKED MY *kitten* to say the least...I didnt do the last 6 minutes or so... but I still feel accomplished!
How long did it take some of you guys to get through the entire workout without taking a break?
Also, what should I log it as??

I am on day 3 of Ripped in 30 and I LOVE IT!0 -
I wear a heart rate monitor.... just go to exercise, my exercise, create exercise, put RIPPED IN 30 and 20minutes for 500 calorie burn. Thats how much I burn doing it (and its accurate since I wear my monitor) ... though bodies burn calories differently, I have found mine to be very accurate for me as a woman weighing 167 pounds. hope this helps.0

A lot of people log it as Circuit Training - General. I burn anywhere between 190 & 280 calories with 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 based on my HRM.0
