Motivation and support
Looking for others who want to do the Ripped in 30 DVD in March. I already did the 30 Day Shred and got a bit bored in the end. This DVD has mostly new moves and supposedly doesn't repeat any moves between the 4 levels. Tried level 1 yesterday and I loved it!

Ripped in 30 starting 2/27
Just started Ripped in 30 today. I thought it would be too easy after finishing 30 Day Shred,but it wasn't. It was definitely easier than level 3 shred, but it was still a darn good workout. Anyone else want to join me in doing the DVD?

Fiber
I know that women should have around 25 grams of fiber a day, but how much is too much? And, if our fiber is higher, do you need more water to flush it out or is 48-64 oz a day still okay?

Fit bit accuracy
I got a fit bit this week and love it! I am wondering about its accuracy though. When I count my steps and compare them to fit bit, they seem ok. No issues with the fit bit counting steps while in the car either. It's having me eat between 1700 and 1900 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week. that seems high. I am doing…

Eating back exercise calories
I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and am trying to figure out whether I should eat back any of my exercise calories. Has anyone read anything on this? What do you all do?

Results
Just wondering how everyone is doing. I'm on day 9. I had gained a few pounds over the holidays and I've finally gotten them off. I've also lost 3/4 inch on my waist. It's so great to see the scale moving in the right direction again!
