calories for stair climbing
I work on the 5th floor and have started taking the stairs as much as possible. Is there a way to keep track of all my trips up and down? And maybe add them all together at the end of the day . I know each flight is 25 stairs, so..... how can I figure this out? :wink: I appreciate any advice anyone can offer.

Stuck at a plateau and frustrated!

do you workout when you are sick?
I HATE missing an exercise day , in fact i have not missed one in 60 days however today I am sick, stayed home from work, went to the doctor, double ear infection and a sinus infection ( oh yeah I feel like crap!) But the idea of now exercises at all is making me feel even worse...... what do you do when you are sick?

I have gone up and down with weight my whole life. I just want to feel more comfortable with myself. It would be awesome to fit into some of the clothes in my closet!
