Cycling + dieting..
Hi guys, So I've been exercising/dieting for some time now (down from 94kg to 73.8) but I've still got that stubborn hip/stomach fat lingering.. If I continue exercising 30 mins a day/dieting (& occasionally weight training) should I expect my stomach fat to dissappear? D:

How much 'Weight Training'..?
Hi guys, I was just wondering how much weight training would be sufficient to maintain lean body mass/contribute to weight loss? At the moment I'm lifting 2.5kg dumbbells 3 - 4 times per week, but I'm not sure if it's enough. Any suggestions?
