Cycling + dieting..

Hi guys,

So I've been exercising/dieting for some time now (down from 94kg to 73.8) but I've still got that stubborn hip/stomach fat lingering..
If I continue exercising 30 mins a day/dieting (& occasionally weight training) should I expect my stomach fat to dissappear? D:

  • Exercising every single day isnt going to get rid of belly fat. Include weight training with your cardio, take 2 rest days each week and eat healthy. Diet has a larger effect than exercise.
