MFP has me eating 1230 calories. Do you think this is too low?
Hi all. I'm trying to lose around 10lbs and then maintain. I'm 5'7 and currently 138. Ideally I'd like to be 125, but I'd be happy with 130. Do you think 1230 calories is too low? I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and eat back around half of my exercise calories. Thanks.

I'm starting JM's 30 day shred today, but can't figure out how to log it as exercise. I searched for "30 day shred" and didn't find anything. For those of you who have or are completed it, how did you log it? Thanks.

Are calorie counters on workout equipment accurate?
I enter my age and weight accurately on the elliptical in my building's gym, but the number of calories it says I'm burning seem a little too good to be true.
