Protein and sickness

Indigestion
Has anyone found since losing weight that you've had increased indigestion? Somedays I feel so sick I can barely move and I know it's indigestion because eventually hours later I'll do a few burps and feel a lot better.

Water Before Bed
Is there any detriment to drinking 2 pints (UK sized) just before going to bed? I try and drink my water throughout the day but sometimes things happen and I don't so I'll down a couple of pints before going to bed. Other than needing to get up to the toilet during the night is there anything wrong with this?

What demotivates you most?
When I'm let down by someone that's when I think I'll go home and eat loads of chocolate and drink loads of sugary alcohol. The problem is that it does make me feel better so I find it sooooo hard to say no and stay on track, sticking to what I've planned for the day. What do you guys find demotivates you?

Addicted to Exercise
Does anyone find that since starting on MFP that you've become addicted to exercise? I'm doing loads of exercise at the minute so I deserve to be able to sit down and watch tv but I feel so guilty doing it. My mind is constantly on exercise. Anyone else?

HELP - My Tummy's Wobblier Now!
I've lost 15 lbs in about 2 months and I've just noticed tonight that my tummy is actually a LOT wobblier now that it was before I starting losing weight.
