Just after some help on how to break an addiction to certain foods. Its doing my head in but find i always rach for things like chocolate even though i don't end up enjoying it and i feel like crap afterwards because of intestinal issues.

Healthy breakfast for on the go
I want to start making hubby some brekky as he does tend to skip it. The only issue is on his work days he leaves here at 4am, and then is on the train/bus until 6:30. So would be good if it was something that would keep well as he's probably not going to eat brekky at 4am
