So I have about 20kg more to lose.
Decided that I'm going to do this by:
Starting small to make things achievable.

- walking 2x a week
- doing exercise physiologist plan 2x a week
- hitting my step goal every day
- menu plan and prep food in advance
- hypnosis sessions 2x a week
- meditation sessions daily
