Planning healthy

So I have about 20kg more to lose.

Decided that I'm going to do this by:
  • walking 2x a week
  • doing exercise physiologist plan 2x a week
  • hitting my step goal every day
  • menu plan and prep food in advance
  • hypnosis sessions 2x a week
  • meditation sessions daily

Starting small to make things achievable.
