Healthy breakfast for on the go

I want to start making hubby some brekky as he does tend to skip it. The only issue is on his work days he leaves here at 4am, and then is on the train/bus until 6:30. So would be good if it was something that would keep well as he's probably not going to eat brekky at 4am

For eating on the go:
Hard boiled eggs- peel ahead of time and pop them in a container for quick eating later
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Granola and yogurt
Fruit and yogurt
If possible to use microwave, toaster, etc. at work:
Oatmeal
Microwave egg and cheese and put on toasted english muffin
Reheated omelet0 -
make a big batch of fruit smoothies, put them in ice cube trays or plastic baggies, then you can pop a few cubes into a travel cup, throw in a splash of milk. itll melt and turn into a yummy shake he can sip on, give him a baggie of granola or trail mix too.0

I feel your husbands pain, having a early work schdule is hard on breakfast :frown: this is an awesome recipe for muilti grain muffins that doesn't take too long and is low calorie and you can make a batch Sunday night for the week  throw in a piece of fruit with it and hubby will have a full healthy belly, I recommned apples as a food buddy since the taste will complement the muffin
