Making Protein Shake...the night before
I'm dying to get back into making smoothies with protein powder. I love mixing it with skim milk, 1/2 frozen banana and frozen blueberries. I used to use vanilla powder. Question is.. Lost 20lbs + .... can you tell? :D
So the before pics are obvious.. the one of me walking is the one that made me decide to hit the gym. I know I weighed in at over 200 lbs at that point, and I am glad to say I started MFP at 198 lbs, and NOW I weight 181 lbs. Protein at hand...
Need ideas for quick grab HIGH protein snacks. This is what I usually have but I am BORED TO DEATH. tuna hard boiled eggs almonds yogurt Also, I am no longer into smoothies (unless pre-prepared), so protein shakes are out... I'm still hungry, but no calories left...
So, I'm going to bed. I guess if I go to sleep, the hunger wont bother me. I ate 1756 cals today, but I also did a 45 min spin class this morning. I just still feel hungry and it's frustrating. How do you deal with the hunger?.. G'nite!

I keep surpassing my daily calories...
So, people normally gain weight because they are inactive (which is not me), and/or they lack discipline and eat too many calories (me! me!). So here's the thing, I can't seem to discipline myself.
