Spinning calories, 189lbs, 45 mins..

I've already searched for similar posts, but just wondering if anyone can give me a website that can calculate this fairly accurately.
I'm 189lbs, 31 years old, did 45 mins of spinning (high intensity), HR @ 179-180 (aside from first 5 mins of the class).
Like I said, not asking for anyone to calculate for me, but rather a website where I can plug in these numbers that is fairly reliable (so that next time I can calculate myself)
Thanks in advance and have a good week-end!

I found livestrong.com is good at measuring... I used it yesterday to figure my bellydance class....0

When I was in spinning, and that weight, and did 45 minutes, it was 550 to 600 calories for me. Way more than what MFP says.
I am 5'7" and I was 27 at the time0 -
The best website in the world i swear!!
www.endomondo.com
You can track your calories thru your phone. Also if you have a HRM you can down load it to there. I track my cycling there daily. It has spread sheets and if you are riding, cycling, jogging it not only logs cals, but has a gps which tracks your mileage and keeps a daily tab., I have been using it since mid August. AND IT's FREE!
Honestly i have been working out my entire life but until i found this and endomondo I realized I wasn't getting the maximum benefits.0 -

I took a look at that and it seems a bit low on some calculations. I compared it against my HRM information from my Garmin 310XT.
I used a V02 Max of 35 as it suggested though.

Sounds good. My guess of 500 was a bit low I guess. Thanks!0 -

OK thanks for that!
Same here - the figures were almost exactly the same as my HRM. Of course, THAT could be wrong, too.....0 -
@JamesBurkes - good to know, thanks. I got 557 cals as a result with that calculator (entered 35 VO2 also), so I think that's reasonable. Bookmarked it for next time
Thanks everyone!0 -
