Going over the calorie amount
I am supposed to eat 1200 calories a day,plus whatever I exercise but I already ate that amount, yet I am so hungry.... Am I supposed to go over and eat or just try to tough it out?!!

Why am I NOT losing weight?!
I'm 144ish pounds and about 5'6 in height. For well over a month I've been doing everything! I've counted calories, tried eating less, tried eating 6 meals a day.
