This is definitely where I've gained a lot of the weight. I used to eat the burgers and milkshakes and soda.... but since then I've cut those things out completely. I've been substituting as well so instead of a cheeseburger with fries, I get a turkey burger without fries. I thought those types of things would help.

I appreciate this. For me it was the opposite. In high school, I was around 138-140 then after coming to college I gained my current weight. I'm going to start paying more attention to the sodium for sure.

Back when I was logging here, there was the option to lose 1lb a week .5 pounds a week etc. So I was trying around 1500 but it didn't work so I pushed it up a little. I've tried various things. That's what makes this frustrating. I remember being 145lbs. And now I don't know what happened..... I've never been tested for food allergies though.

I need to find out why I've tried all these different things, and yet I've been the same weight for months. I've never been this weight before.

None of this is helping guys..... It just doesn't seem fair. I have an active lifestyle even aside from exercise. Bot my jobs consist of me walking and standing constantly. I've done the calorie count thing too and it didn't work.

My clothes fit normal. I think I convince myself that they feel a little looser but its probably just my imagination. I'm eating fruits more and salads. There really aren't veggies to eat on my college campus. I cut out soda and alcohol too.

I'm 20 and having weight losing 10 pounds! ugh!

I run or bike everyday as well. The class is just about an hour long so we spend about 40 mins of cardio and then weight training or toning.

I bite my top and bottom lips. I used to bite my nails as well but I slowed down a lot by putting nail polish on them. I recently slowed down a bit on the lil biting by using carmex because its tastes so bad!!

I'm 5'6 and 146 ish... Dont really have a weight goal. I would like to see the difference first! Good luck to all~
