Cutting back sugar
So I've just learned that apparently as a woman, I should only be consuming 6 grams of sugar a day. I know that I have been eating much more than that and that it is most likely the primary source of my overweight-ness. Do you have any tips for cutting out sugar? 30DS-ouch
I'm on day two of the 30DS, and can barely climb the stairs I'm so sore. How long did it take for that to stop for you guys?

Counting calories burnt
I'm about to start the 30ds, but I was wondering how one would count the calories burnt during the workout since it's not a traditional, going running for 20 minutes kind of thing.

Traveling to Asia
In November I'm going to take a 2 week trip to southeast Asia where my primary diet is going to consist of noodles and sticky rice. any suggestions so that I don't completely blow this?

Calorie Goal
Is the calorie goal given by MFP to maintain your weight or to lose your weight? If I want to lose shouldn't I be eating less than the MFP goal?
