I'm about to start the 30ds, but I was wondering how one would count the calories burnt during the workout since it's not a traditional, going running for 20 minutes kind of thing.

I wear my HRM and create the exercise in my exercise log. If you don't wear a HRM, log it under circuit training, b/c it is circuit training
Good Luck!

enter it as general circuit training, take the numbers it gives you with a grain of salt. won't be 100% accurate until you get a heart rate monitor (HRM).0
