Logging Weekends
I tend to do well logging my food and exercise during the week but I slack off during the weekend. I'm often on the go and I'd like to use that as my excuse but I use the phone app so it's always with me. I also used a different app in the past and logged religiously. …to the stairs. I’ve always had a “policy” of walking up one floor. Down didn’t matter. I’d walk down one floor or nine floors. As of today, I will walk UP however many floors are necessary to get where I’m going. Fortunately, I do not work in or live in a skyscraper.
