Logging Weekends

I tend to do well logging my food and exercise during the week but I slack off during the weekend. I'm often on the go and I'd like to use that as my excuse but I use the phone app so it's always with me. I also used a different app in the past and logged religiously.
Any tips on how to get past this?

If you see your progress start to slow, you'll stop slacking off. The weekend still has days that end in Y, so they're no different than week days.0

Put a reminder on your phone to log your meals? I specifically bought a smartphone just so I could get the app and be more consistent with logging. Before I had the app, though, I did have a reminder on my phone to track since I'm not sitting at a computer all day on the weekends.0

For eating out: you can guess on what you are eating (round up), but logging brings knowledge and realizations. I use to log all the time (different site) but now if it's my day off, I don't log. One. it's my day off and Two my brain power is in conservation mode cause it's my day off, lol. Actually it's more because I know I won't over eat enough to gain too much. I no longer binge eat as much as I use too so even if I over-eat, it's not going to be detramental.
I would do what you would think best to help you. We are sometimes our own worst enemies both in terms of challenging ourselves (being strict on ourselves) and in terms of not challenging ourselves (being too lax). A perfect balance isn't going to happen - that's not how we work. So you have to decide. Fight yourself to try to do better and maybe lose a bit more or give yourself some slack and go with the flow of whatever you do.0 -
I usually fast (well, refrain from eating) during the day on a weekend and save those calories if I am going out or getting takeout.0
