Does anyone else do Tae bo on MFP? First time I have tried it today and was worn out after 30 minutes. Fun and effective though. If anyone else has done it, do you find it difficult to co ordinate yourself? does it get easier with practice or am I just naturally unco ordinated?....my arms and legs were all over the place…
