Hello all. I have been on MFP for a little over a month and a half. I'm looking for some friends who are Zumba lovers or Zumba instructors! I've been teaching since I got licensed in February, and I LOVE it! Just looking for some supportive, encouraging friends who share my love for Zumba lol!

Weigh-ins
So usually I weigh myself on the weekends. Well today I had a Dr. appointment & they weighed me and my weight was up about 4lbs. I am wondering if I should record this weight in MFP, or wait until my regularly scheduled weigh-in this weekend. Opinions?

Full on fruits/veggies
The first week I started MFP and cut my calories, I was STARVING. Everyone told me to eat more fruits & veggies to get that "full" feeling. I've been on MFP for a month and a half. I started with 15 pounds to lose and am about half-way there. After losing the weight, I'd like to work on building up my strength. Evening Eating?
My schedule puts me in a bit of a bind. I leave for work at 7:30am and between work & the gym, usually don’t get home until between 8 and 9:30pm.
