Montana Mikes... HELP!

So I completely forgot I'm going out to eat with some friends tonight. Turns out they chose to go to Montana Mikes. I can't find any nutritional info on their food through Google search. About 5 foods... not meals, just foods... from Mikes are on MFP. A steak is over 1000 calories! Just the steak. Not even the sides that come with it. That's terrifying. I realize I don't have to eat all of my meal. They are all crazy huge. I really think 1/3 of a meal will fill me up now that my stomach has shrunk.

ANYWAY! My question is, does anyone have any suggestions for meals at Mike's that won't completely and totally destroy my calories for today? I wasn't planning on working out tonight, because my husband will be gone for the next week and I wanted to spend his last night in town with him instead of with a workout tape.

Geez, I wish I would have remembered we were going out. I would have cut out some food from earlier in the day... grrrrr.

Chill :) Breathe :) SMILE! when they bring your supper to the table ask them to go ahead and bring you a to-go box. Put plenty in the box for leftover MEALS while hubby is gone. If you cut your entire meal in 1/4s it's not bad on calories. And then you will have 3 meals worth of food in the fridge at home. Have a good night out and dont stress over calories tonight! ENJOY YOURSELF dont beat yourself up! Have fun! Life is not all about calories :) MAKE MEMORIES!

I agree. Split up your meal before you pick up a fork. I was just looking at the menu- maybe get one of the entree salads (Dinner or open range chicken) and ask for your dressing on the side. :flowerforyou:

Hahaha. Ok, maybe I'm being a little dramatic. But it really freaked me out when he said we were going to Mikes! Those meals are crazy.
