anyone hunch over??
I've always hunched over but as I lose weight I noticed that I can stand up a little straighter without it hurting as much, but I'm still slouched over a lot... does anyone have this problem? If so, any advice? Also, would a chiropractor help with the slouching, or they don't do this?

So I'm lying down reading the forums when I scratch my back... and realize the big lump of lard that sat on the side of my lower back has disappeared! maybe not completely but it doesn't feel like a block anymore!!! =D! I'm so happy right now its awesome!

finally timed a treadmill 5k!
I signed up for LA fitness today and finished a 5k! I timed it and I was able to finish it in 49 minutes... is this a good time for a beginner???

Should I return Ripped in 30 for 30 day shred???
Sooo! I bought Ripped in 30 thinking it was the whole 30 day shred... ( I only see acronyms on the site with 30 in them! lol the only thing I stuck) Would the Ri30 provide the same or almost same results as 30 day shred??? or should I give it back and buy 30DS on amazon?

After a normal breakfast can you straight into bicycling or jogging or would a light snack then excercise then full meal work out better?
