So I'm lying down reading the forums when I scratch my back... and realize the big lump of lard that sat on the side of my lower back has disappeared! maybe not completely but it doesn't feel like a block anymore!!! =D! I'm so happy right now its awesome!

Wahoooooo!!! I love NSVs so much!!!! and this is a great one...one of those small things that we don't really think about until it's gone or doesnt happen anymore. Keep up the great work you're doing and I'm sure you will see many more NSVs!
