House Painting?
I'm painting my living room this week, and its by far more exercise than I'd do on a normal day, so I feel like i should add it to exercise, but I don't know how to put it into my fitness pal. suggestions?

Just over daily calories, exercises I can do in my bedroom?
So I'm like 125 calories over for the day, which I know isn't bad, but I have a little bit of energy left and I was trying to think of exercising I could do to burn those few excess calories. Suggestions?

Protien
I've noticed that I've gone over my protein suggestion two days in a row. Today by 22, yesterday by 20. Thats almost half again as much as is my daily goal. Is having too much protein bad?
