to eat or not to eat...
should i eat one slice of pizza or none at all? 1000 cals left for today and i have not exercised yet. i just want to be healthy. i have it in my head that i will gain weight if i eat certain things. i hate that feeling.

my first small NSV!!!!
I started my 30ds challenge a few days ago and i was not able to clasp my hands together behind my back during the cooldown on level 1. Nor could i grab my ankles behind me to stretch out the front of my theighs. Well, today i was able to do both! i was so excited! it is small but its an improvement! yay! i love it!

how to long 30ds?
I just did my first day of 30ds and would like to log it here on MFP. I do not know how many cals i burned, so i cannot add it in myself. what is the closest thing i can log it as in the database? Thanks! typo in the topic: long = log***
