Low Calorie Delicious Chocolate Frosting!!
Low calorie CHOCOLATE FROSTING!!!! 1/2 cup of fat free cool whip 8 oz of fat free cream cheese 3 packets of splenda (or any sugar substitute) 2 tbsp of skim or low fat milk 2 tsps of vanilla 2 tsp of cocoa mix everything and enjoy! (splenda and cocoa can be used depending on taste) :wink:

I started my weight loss journey last Aug and by Nov.. lost 40 lbs in exactly 3 months.. I felt great... exercised 5 days a week, drank lots of water..very healthy meals..everyone said I looked great...I was sooo sooo happy.. however since Nov..
