Need motivation.....

I started my weight loss journey last Aug and by Nov.. lost 40 lbs in exactly 3 months.. I felt great... exercised 5 days a week, drank lots of water..very healthy meals..everyone said I looked great...I was sooo sooo happy.. however since Nov.. I have only lost about 10 more lbs..and for the past 2 months I have not lost 1 lb...I feel so bad..
I do realize I have lost my routine..dont get up early to workout anymore and dont eat my 3 meals a day..workout maybe 2 0r 3 days a week. So I know what I need to do to get back on track..but somehow I just cant...I start the week off motivated and excited then by the 3rd day it dies down...
Anyone from Central or Northern Ca??? Anyone with any tips to get back on track and stay motivated...I have so much weight to lose and was well on my way..now I feel stuck..

I know it's really hard to keep that motivation going. But once you get your mind to getting back on track and see that you will start losing weight again it will be easier. The hardest thing for me is getting started but once I do I don't want to stop.
Have you tried different exercise routines? Maybe changing it up will not only give the weight loss a jump start but also keep you interested in going back to working out.
Changing what you eat?
You have done very well and lost a lot of weight, please don't be discouraged. We have to remember we didn't gain all this weight over night it will take time, patience and perseverance.0
