Looking for easy take-with-me meals
I am looking for cheap, easy and filling meals that I can take with me (like the lasagna cupcakes) that can be eaten as part of a meal or as the meal itself. Any ideas?

emotional eating!
Ok I have a problem with emotional eating. Exactly what I am doing right now. Typing this and eating rice krispy treats. I have a lot of things going on in my life at the moment and I need to figure out a better way to handle it other than eating. What do you do?

Hello everyone. Hope you are all doing good and looking amazing! I have had this acount for a while. I used it summer 2010 and it helped me out. Went to the doctor today and steped on the scale...well that was all I needed...and some support from you guys!! Can't wait to get started again!

Not enough calories
The last couple of days when I finish my food diary it tells me that I need to eat more calories. I eat when I am hungry so I am not starving myself. Does anyone else have this problem??

Sugar
I just put in 2 cups of 2% milk which was 25 sugars. Well I am already over my sugar intake just for breakfast!!! I don't like skim milk (I don't know if skim milk has any less sugars or not). Would almond milk be better to drink as far as sugar?

This might be a little strange
When I walk there is a certain place on a road where flys just follow me. They are constantly around my head and it is very annoying not to mention gross. Any ideas on how to prevent this? Thanks!

Emotional Eating
Today has been an emotional day for me and when I get emotional I eat. So does anyone have any tips that will help this?? It seems like the longer I ignore it the more intense the feeling to eat becomes.

HELP!
Ok I need someone to help support me. Some people in my family are doing this also which might help but it is so easy to fall off together! I also just ate a ridiculus amount for mothers day (IHOP :noway: ) and need easy things I can eat that will help balance this out for the next couple of weeks. Thanks! Emily
