I was just thinking about this. I usually have a sweet tea or soda with me...when I was in high school I actually quit drinking soda and most of the tea an ended up loosing weight. Not easy at all though. I have to decide if I will just quit drinking tea and soda and stick with water or what. Not really looking foward to…

This is a recipe someone put up here recently, they put that it is 42 calories for each 'cake' but I imagine that depends on what the second cake mix is. 1-2-3 Cake mix a box of angel food cake and another type of cake mix together. Put 3 tbsp of the mix in a bowl or cup with 2 tbsp water and microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy!…

Yesterday I had 719 calories left over, Monday I have 866 and Sunday I had 319. Like I said I am not hungry throughout the day (granted the last two days have been kinda strange).

Make a lasagna but instead of using the noodles use thin slices of zucchni. You can also puree vegetables and add them in while you are cooking. This is a great way to also get kids to eat them because you can't taste them in the food!

Thats right! At least she is loosing! It is the change in lifestyle not just lowering calories to a crazy level to loose and then gain all of it back when you actually start eating again!

I agree about the Sketcher ones. They are ugly! But there is another kind that I see on TV that looks like a regular shoe. I just can't think of who makes them.

Sounds like with what you are doing you should be loosing weight. As far as 500 calories per day, that to me is just way to little and as soon as that person starts really eating again some of the weight will come back. I am not sure. I went to costco.com and put it in and it didn't find it but maybe the store you go to does. I do know that food lion carries it. I do believe that lowes foods carries it. You can also buy online (I prefer to buy it at the store!). If there are any other places you know of let me know!
