Ok I need someone to help support me. Some people in my family are doing this also which might help but it is so easy to fall off together! I also just ate a ridiculus amount for mothers day (IHOP :noway: ) and need easy things I can eat that will help balance this out for the next couple of weeks.

Thanks!

Emily

Try some delicious baby leaf salads with fish, king prawns/shrimp or chicken and maybe some chopped up apple, pear or grapes in there with a light vinaigrette or balsamic dressing! There's a ton of recipes you could try on the recipe forum as well- I recommend the honey chicken by ckmama. It is actually divine and so easy to make. It's ok to fall off the wagon every now and then, as soon as you hop back on, as long as you go straight back into your old diet routine, the weight you gained should come off really quickly! It makes a nice change to have a little break every now and again as well! All the best, Melissa x

Besides staying within your daily calorie limit, oatmeal (plain or with Splenda and a little bit of skim milk) for a couple of snacks a day for a few days will help to rid your body of some of the crap.... Have some tonight to help today's indulgence....

Fiber and lots of water. You can talk fiber pills or just eat high fiber foods like oatmeal. Drinking lots of water will help literally flush out stuff from your system.

I also went over..and it's not even mothers day here (urgh)

Don't worry about...you WILL be fine! This is a lifestyle change not a diet...and you certainly cannot miss out on a mothers day meal!

If you're not too bloated...try a little easy exercise to try and put your mind at ease and remember tomorrow is another day

You're not the only one who's had a bad diet day. I completely splurged over chocolate and pizza for mothers day today.
One day won't hurt you. Think of it as a treat, or a metabolism boost and get back on track tomorrow.
As long as you're not eating ridiculous amounts of pancakes every day, you won't notice a difference. :)
