emotional eating!

Ok I have a problem with emotional eating. Exactly what I am doing right now. Typing this and eating rice krispy treats. I have a lot of things going on in my life at the moment and I need to figure out a better way to handle it other than eating. What do you do?

  • If I want something to eat, I STOP and listen to my body. Am I really hungry? If not, I chew gum or get something to drink.

    Been there! I used to comfort eat a LOT. I still do but it's a lot less. Try getting a drink or some fruit instead :) x
