I just started metformin a couple of days ago. I need to know what and how to eat, so that I can eat. The med is making me feel pretty sick and not wanting to eat.
While I am not new to MFP, I am new to being diabetic and working night shift. I only work nights 3 shifts a week, the rest of the time I like to run with the rest of the world. Any suggestions would be appreciated. New friends also welcome.
I work three 10 hour night shifts per week. I would love to hear from anyone else who switches back and forth. What works and what doesn't for this life style?
I had a total hip replacement 3 years ago. I would like to know if anyone out there has done any running since theirs. Or what other exercise the have done.
NSV- I just had to fill out a health history form for my Activity by Contract class. One of the questions was "obesity 32% or above", I quickly checked on line and I am at 31.1%! I was proud to answer NO!
