Since I only work nights 3 days a week, I am still trying to figure out how and when to eat. I don't feel like eating much thru the night at work, but then I wake up hungry when I am trying to sleep during the day.

I mix 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder with 6 oz of plain Greek yogurt and some cinnimon.This makes a great dip for apples or other fruit. 43 g. protein, I use about half per apple.

I like to go DO something active that I don't usually do; go swimming, cross country ski somewhere different, do a trial at a new gym, etc.

It is probably hanging out with mine somewhere cooler! It is hot out here too, but very low humidity (5%). I WANT to exercise, but it is too hot. Then I got a bad infection, nothing like a temperature in a heat wave to make you not want to do anything. Send my motivation home if you find it and I will do the same.

So tired, fix the flat on the bike or take a nap? Fixed the bike, rode for 45the min. In 16 mph wind and felt GREAT when I got back!
