    Wow, everyone did so well this week!

    Today- 184.5

    Only .5 lb down, but it's in the right direction! I've been playing with my calorie goals this week, trying to figure out what I need. Hopefully I'm onto something with my current set of numbers.

    I have to confess that I started to skip this weeks weigh in because I'm not happy with my results. But nope, I'm going to stick to this no matter what. I gained 1.2 lbs. Crazy sodium intake last night. No worries. Next week's weigh in will be better. Good job everyone.

    I am honestly okay with that. I have PCOS so it takes me a very long time to lose weight, but being in a group like this keeps up my motivation. I have been considering trying C25K, maybe it's time to invest in a pair of running shoes and give it a go...
