Really happy as I had a very stressful week, I struggled to stick to calories so was worried I may have gained weight! So to lose 1lb was a nice surprise!0 -

Just Joined the group. I was hoping to get down to 170 by the end of Nov, but I'm losing about 1 lb a week. So extending it out to Christmas seems like a more attainable goal. Glad to be here.

I am honestly okay with that. I have PCOS so it takes me a very long time to lose weight, but being in a group like this keeps up my motivation. I have been considering trying C25K, maybe it's time to invest in a pair of running shoes and give it a go...
