Part time night shifter and type II diabetic needs support and advice

Options
While I am not new to MFP, I am new to being diabetic and working night shift. I only work nights 3 shifts a week, the rest of the time I like to run with the rest of the world. Any suggestions would be appreciated. New friends also welcome.

I work night shift, so I can help you with that part! What specifically do you need help with?

Since I only work nights 3 days a week, I am still trying to figure out how and when to eat. I don't feel like eating much thru the night at work, but then I wake up hungry when I am trying to sleep during the day.

Eat something when you get home. I do regardless of my appetite or I will wake up hungry.

I usually get hungry between 4 and 7 am independent of how much I eat! Bit I wait to eat until I get home.I usually have a small bowl of cereal with berries, avocado toast, a couple of eggs.

I try to eat all my calories by 2 am or so. Dinner between 8 and 10 pm, then all my snacks.
