A quick meal to go - Spinach Egg Cups
Mix 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with 1/2 c skim milk, 1 cup chopped spinach (drained if frozen), 1/3c fat free crumbled feta cheese, black pepper to taste. I'm not much for fad diets, but I really am trying to look my best for this wedding I'm attending next month. The 4 day diet caught my eye and I'm wondering if anyone has tried it?

My favorite book...
If you haven't already purchased it, I highly recommend - "Eat this, Not That - Hungry Girl". It has a ton of great recipes that you can use to replace those everyday foods you crave! It puts an emphasis on calories, so you can be sure you're eating great low-cal meals. A definite 5 star book :-)

Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken
A fall and winter favorite!! 6 raw boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can diet root beer, birch beer, or Dr. Pepper Ground Black Pepper 1/2 c ketchup Cook on low in slow cooker for 6-7 hours.
